Vice President, Software and Service Group and General Manager, Global Software Enabling, Intel Corporation
Margaret Burgraff is Vice President of the Software and Services Group and General Manager of Global Software Enabling at Intel Corporation. She is responsible for regional and worldwide account management in the Developer Relations Division, where her team delivers a fully unified presence to the independent software vendor community. Ms. Burgraff joined Intel in 2011 as a director of quality for phone and tablet products. She was later appointed Vice President in charge of quality, certification, tools and validation in mobile communications. Before her current role, Ms. Burgraff was Vice President and General Manager of the Intel Services Division responsible for world-class service of infrastructure and support adding a high level of scalability, reliability, availability and compliance. Before that, she was with Palm/Hewlett-Packard, serving as Senior Director of quality for WebOS. Ms. Burgraff began her career at Apple Computer in Cork, Ireland, before relocating to Apple headquarters in Cupertino, California, to launch the first iMac. She managed the iBook product line from 1998 to 2005 and held the position of Senior Quality Manager for Apple Macintosh engineering products from 2005 to 2009. During this time, Ms. Burgraff led qualification strategy supporting transition of an entire platform line to Intel architecture. She holds a B.A. in computer science and economics from University College Cork.
