In 2010, he co-founded BillGuard (an App Store Essential and Google Play App of the Year), built its core technology and hired its product, data science and operations team before it was acquired by Prosper Marketplace. Mr. Ouzan received Israel's highest President's Award for technology innovation and was invited to address world leaders at the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2012 in Davos, all before the age of 25. Before BillGuard, he was a decorated officer in Israel's elite military programming and intelligence units, where he led the country's best and brightest engineers. Mr. Ouzan is also the Founder and Chairman of Israel Tech Challenge, an elite fellowship for the world's top tech talent in the fields of AI, cybersecurity and CTO training. In 2016, he was named Top 40 Under 40 by TheMarker and 30 Under 30 by Forbes. He is a Global Shaper of the WEF and serves on the board of Start-Up Nation Central.
